Carex lenticularis Michx., Lenticular Sedge (Section PHACOCYSTIS)

Carex lenticularis is common in Renfrew County found growing as small tufts along rocky emergent shorelines and beaches. Carex lenticularis is most frequent along the Ottawa River and there, it is heavily grazed by geese.
