Carex pseudocyperus L., Cyperus-like Sedge (Section VESICARIAE)
Carex pseudocyperus is common and widespread in Renfrew County found on margins of lakes and ponds. The perigynia teeth are sharp enough and hard enough to easily penetrate the toughest skin.
